Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 CAD will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
- Expedited shipping: 7–12 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, carrier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Taxes & Duties Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your province.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue and make it right.
